This week at AirDAO, we've made significant strides across various platforms, from frontend updates and mobile app advancements to governance enhancements and staking improvements.

AirDAO tech team released the updated homepage, header, footer, and grants page, providing our community with a fresh and user-friendly experience.

Additionally, we completed the Governance page website update, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interface for our users to engage with governance activities.

The tech team is testing the Mobile DEX to ensure it meets our high standards before release. 

Moreover, we have completed the Kosmos functionality and begun the testing phase, which brings us closer to offering a comprehensive mobile trading experience.

We have successfully finished testing and released the OG SBT. 

We've also diligently fixed bug fixes to ensure a smooth user experience. 

The Node Operator, SBT frontend connection, is also complete, marking another milestone in our commitment to enhancing governance functionality.

Our team is working on creating a single-side liquidity contract for Astra DEX. This development aims to provide users with more flexible and efficient liquidity options, further strengthening the Astra DEX ecosystem.

The tech team has finished the frontend connection to contracts and integrated multi-sig functionality. 

We introduced new marketing features to highlight the staking functionality, making it more accessible and appealing to our users. 

Our efforts to address bug fixes and improve smart contracts continue, ensuring a robust and reliable staking experience.

The Harbor Staking team is focused on backend and smart contract bug fixes. 

We are also making significant progress in connecting the frontend to contracts, enhancing the overall staking process and user experience.

Our work with Moolah continues as we refine product requirements.

From AirDAO to Ascendia: A New Era of AI-Driven Blockchain 

As the Web3 space continues to evolve, so must we. With the community vote having passed, AirDAO is transitioning from a general-purpose Layer 1 blockchain to a specialized AI-driven ecosystem, now known as Ascendia  

With this transition, we are introducing an approach centered around AI agents and the $AIA token. These AI agents will be built to automate and optimize decision making and on-chain interactions without relying on third parties.

These core products form the backbone of the Ascendia blockchain:

Astra: A decentralized exchange (DEX) for liquidity trading and token swaps powered by the $ASC token.

Hopeum (Harbor): A liquid staking platform for $ASC, offering staking opportunities and governance via the $HBR token, native to Ascendia.

AMB Rodeo: A meme coin launchpad and AI-driven platform that simplifies token creation and trading with automated AI trading agents. This key feature is the kickstart of Ascendia and AI. 

The $ASC token is the native utility token of the Ascension ecosystem, powering the Ascendia blockchain and will be replacing $AMB. $ASC is used for specific purposes within the Ascension Network:

Utility: Handles gas fees, transactions, and smart contracts.

Value:  A total supply of 13.5B tokens: 7B for the ecosystem and liquidity; 6.5B in circulation with no TGE. Inflation starts at 5.5%, decreasing 0.5% annually set to reach 0.5% by 2035.

Governance: The number of Beacon Nodes is now limited to 69 to secure and steer the network.

Additionally, the secondary token $AIA fuels the AI Launchpad, enabling the creation and monetization of AI-driven applications within the ecosystem.

The final phase of Ascendia's roadmap focuses on accelerating the adoption of the first three phases. Today, we’re sharing a proposal that could sharpen our focus and speed our journey towards an AI-centered L1 chain: dissolving the current AirDAO Council and transitioning to a temporary centralized leadership under a transition CEO, Igor, to drive us into the AI space.

What we’re proposing is a shift in how we make decisions. Our DAO structure, with its nine-member council and Snapshot votes, has been at the center of AirDAO governance. Your input has guided us through rebrands, partnerships, and recoveries. But as we pivot to a specialized L1 blockchain powered by autonomous AI Agents, we’ve hit a hard truth: a DAO can be too slow for the pace we need. The AI future—where agents transform HR, DeFi, yield farming, and more—moves fast, and we can’t afford to fall behind. Dissolving the council and handing the reins to Igor as a transition CEO is about ensuring we can execute this pivot with the urgency it demands.

DAO Dissolution and Leadership Restructuring

With the recent Binance delist, AirDAO finds price stabilization to be one of the most important issues to address. We know many in our community hold a lot of $AMB and want a way to offload some of that given recent market conditions. Today, we’re sharing a proposal that could bring stability to $AMB: a Price Protection & OTC Buyback program designed to support our large holders.


What we’re proposing is a practical step to address the AMB token’s volatility. We want to allocate $650,000 to an OTC buyback program, targeting holders with 10 million AMB or more, offering a fixed rate of $0.0001 per AMB. We envision repeating this structure over time with varying rates, incrementally adjusted to reflect market conditions. For instance, three months after the first buyback, we might offer $0.0002 per AMB, and so on, creating a recurring safety net rather than a single event. The $650,000 will be locked for three months, with transactions carefully managed to avoid sudden market shocks.

The goal here is simple: to provide large holders with a structured exit option, preventing massive dumps that could lower our price further, while giving the broader community a sense of stability. $AMB remains the backbone of our network, fueling transactions as we pivot toward an AI-driven future, and this proposal ensures it has a fighting chance to hold its ground.
